SATYA TANNER
Satya Tanner had a 16-year career as a pilot and aerospace engineer in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), reaching the rank of Squadron Leader. During that time Satya was the 13th woman to become an Air Force pilot; she supported humanitarian operations after the Bali bombings of 2002; and she managed multi-million dollar logistics engineering support programs for C-130 fleets. Since leaving the RAAF, Satya has worked in the Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Wind Energy Industries in a variety of line management, project management and organisational development roles.
Satya has a Master in Leadership, a Master in Training and Development, and is qualified in a variety of leadership assessment tools. She has studied under Futures Professors such as Sohail Inayatullah, Ivana Milojević, Robert Burke and Marcus Bussey. She enjoys working with people and organisations that are in search of strategic foresight tools, leadership development, and coaching as a means to respond to the VUCA environment.
